Serial Numbers are recorded for each order, please do not try to return an item that isn’t ours. This will cause your account to be reported, the return may not be approved and you may not get your money back. Be honest with us and we will gladly help you.
Tracking numbers will also be uploaded to your “My eBay” account.
Damaged In Shipping: All orders are shipped fully insured. In the unlikely event your item was damaged in shipping. Please contact us immediately and retain all packaging. A claim will be initiated and you will have a choice to have a reship or a refund, if replacement is available.
If you are returning an item and use a false return reason i.e. “doesn’t fit” “not as described” “arrived damaged” to avoid paying return shipping we will report you to ebay and charge you 20% restocking fee.
For security reasons, we are unable to alter the address or redirect the package after payment has been made.

Payment
We expect payment within

of auction close.
Non-paying Bidder Cases are automatically opened after 5-days of non-payment.

These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up (please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges).
We cannot mark merchandise values below value or mark items as ‘gifts’ – US and International Government regulations prohibit such behavior.
We are not responsible for the time your country’s customs office holds the items.

International shipments are sent via Fedex to eBay Global Center. Delivery times are varied and can be delayed by customs, which is out of our control.

We only ship to the countries it shows “ships to”, do not ask us to allow you to send a prepaid label to us for shipping. We do not do that, it is against eBay rules as well.
